Do I have to book in advance or is a spontaneous arrival possible?
In the high season and in the holiday periods (e.g. Whitsun,...) or on holidays a reservation is necessary. In the high season a reservation is possible from 7 nights, otherwise 5 nights. In the early and late season no reservation is necessary.
Are dogs allowed on the campsite, on the lawn and in the water?
Dogs are of course very welcome here. However, the number of dogs is limited to a maximum of 2 dogs on a pitch.
Leashes are compulsory without exception on the entire site. Out of consideration for other guests, we ask you to keep your dog on a leash . Unfortunately we cannot tolerate barking dogs.
Unfortunately dogs are not allowed on the sunbathing lawn and in the water. Because we have received many complaints from guests in recent years, because wet dogs have run through the lawn without a leash and some guests have done the walk on the lawn.
We ask all our guests with dogs to walk them in the area outside the campsite.

Is there an electricity connection at all pitches?
Yes, every pitch has an electricity connection, including the tent pitches. You will need a CEE adapter.
How is it with the wifi on the campsite.
You will receive a wifi voucher for your entire stay upon arrival. This is for one device for the entire period free with it. Please note that it is not possible to change the device during your stay. You can continue to purchase vouchers in our reception.
How does the TV connection to the pitch work?
We offer a TV connection at certain pitches, this is a cable connection.
- Connect the antenna cable directly to the TV (not to the receiver).
- Switch to cable and start a channel scan
- Then everything should work. If you still have questions please contact the reception, we are happy to help!
Is it possible to arrive in the morning? Can I leave after 11:30 am?
An earlier arrival must be requested in advance. A late check out is possible on request during your stay.
If I move into a pitch with my tent, can I put my car on the pitch?
Yes of course, with us you can park your car next to your tent. You can also park your car next to your tent in the tent meadow.
May I use a plastic pad/tarpaulin?
Plastic tarpaulins as underlay for the awning or in front of the caravan/motorhome are not permitted. Only air-permeable mats are permitted.
Are visitors allowed on the campsite?
Unfortunately, due to the current situation, it is not possible to let guests join you on the pitch or on the campsite. We thank you for your understanding!
Is barbecuing allowed on the site?
Gas, electric barbecues and low smoke charcoal barbecues, such as a Lotus barbecue (marked as low smoke) may be used on your pitch.
Charcoal grills are officially prohibited on the campground.
We offer our guests a barbecue at the campsite, this is a charcoal barbecue. You can also use your own charcoal grill at the barbecue area.
Is the campsite open all year round?
Unfortunately, due to the current situation, it is not possible to let guests join you on the pitch or on the campsite. We thank you for your understanding!
How does the shower system work?
At check in you will receive a transponder card for each adult and for children over 4 years. Children under 4 years of age do not receive a card. With these cards you can open the barrier and the door of the main sanitary facility.
The shower duration is also regulated with the card. You have one shower unit of 7 minutes per person per night at your disposal. If you need more units, you can purchase them at the reception.
One unit (7 min) costs € 0,60.
We have card reading stations in our restrooms, you can check your balance there.
Please do not give your card to third parties. If you lose your card, please contact the reception.

Do only the pitches of the beach paradise have a lake view?
Yes, only the beach paradise offers a view of the lake from the pitch.
Can I reserve a specific pitch number?
Unfortunately it is not possible to reserve a specific pitch. We will gladly accept your pitch requests and try to implement them as best as possible.
How does the replacement and billing of electricity work?
All our power connections are connected to our remote reading. You will receive your personal QR code at check-in. You can scan this with a QR code scanner on your mobile phone. You will see your meter reading and current consumption in real time.
You only pay for your consumption at the end of your stay.
