The deposit paid is considered as a credit towards the final invoice. By paying the deposit you accept our reservation conditions. When paying for your stay, please present us with the receipt of the deposit transfer. 

In case of delayed arrival or early departure (e.g. illness, bad weather, ect.) 50% of the price will be charged for the days not used. For the pitches Strandparadies, Kaiser and King Size 100% of the total price will be charged. In case of delayed arrival please contact us. If no notification is received, the pitch will be given to someone else on the following day (from 12:00 noon). If you have not made a deposit due to the short notice of your reservation but you leave early, 50% of the price will be charged for unused days. The minimum stay in the respective seasons (high season 7 nights; June & September 5 nights) must always be paid.

Seat requests will be considered whenever possible, but we reserve the right to reserve another seat of equal value.

The booked pitch is available from 13:00 on the day of arrival and until 11:30 on the day of departure.

Your booking becomes valid only upon receipt of your deposit. You will receive a reservation confirmation.

Cancellation and cancellation fees: 

• Up to 22 days before planned arrival a handling fee in the amount of € 40,- will be retained.
• From 21-7 days before planned arrival 50% of the total price (without local tax) will be charged. The deposit will be deducted from the price.
• From 7-0 days before planned arrival 100% of the total price (without local tax) will be charged. The deposit will be deducted from the price.

We recommend that you take out travel insurance.
